Rodak Textbook 6th Edition Presented to Bob Hartman
On May 28, George Fritsma presented Robert (Bob) Hartman with a copy of the 2019 sixth edition of Rodak’s Hematology: Clinical Principles and Applications. Bob was the beloved husband of Bernadette (Bunny) Rodak, who passed away on March 22, 2016, and is a faithful ASCLS supporter. Bunny dedicated countless hours to publishing the highest quality hematology/hemostasis text, while mentoring and guiding five co-editors and over 50 authors. With her great enthusiasm for hematology and life-long learning, Bunny inspired a generation of students and faculty in this country and around the world. Bunny is remembered today through contributions to the Bernadette Rodak Memorial Scholarship, managed by the ASCLS Education and Research Fund.
