Wednesday Night Social Activity
Join us Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at Guaranteed Rate Field as the Chicago White Sox take on the Kansas City Royals. Game time is 7:10 pm.
To register, select the game option when completing your Annual Meeting registration. Tickets are $30 and include a lower-level seat and round-trip transportation. Limited tickets are available. The deadline to register is July 13, 2018, or when tickets sell out, whichever comes first.
Please note: The Alpha Mu Tau Fraternity Dinner is also being held the evening of August 1.
New Session Added!
A new scientific session has been added to the 2018 ASCLS Annual Meeting Education Program. Dr. Paul Jannetto is a Consultant at the Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN) where he serves as the Director for the Clinical Mass Spectrometry Laboratory, Clinical and Forensic Toxicology Laboratory and the Metals Laboratory. He will be presenting a session titled "Controlled Substance Monitoring and the Opiod Epidemic" on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 from 10:30am to 12:00pm at the Swissotel Chicago. This session will discuss the limitations of each type of urine test, metabolic pathways of opioids, specimen validity testing, and present interactive urine drug testing case studies.
